Pick the right lighting

When you are hosting a marquee event, lighting is key to creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. We have the option of a twinkling starry night canopy which is great for parties or dinners. If you are planning to have live music or people performing or speaking, you will probably want a stage complete with stage lighting. Whatever your specifications, we can take care of the lighting so all you need to do is invite the guests!

Heat the marquee

For a Christmas or winter marquee, heating is everything. You want your guests to walk into a warm and inviting environment, we can make sure this happens by providing heating to keep the marquee warm and toasty throughout your event.

Choose adequate flooring

Ensuring you have the right floor is essential for hosting a Winter event. The weather in England is changeable at best, so planning is everything to ensure your party goes off without a hitch! We have two options of flooring available,

hessian matting and a boarded carpeted floor. For most winter events we would recommend the boarded carpeted floor as it will keep you raised above the ground. For those that love to dance, we have a disco dance floor available.

Make sure you have amenities for your guests

And when we say amenities... we mean loos! Especially in winter, it makes sense to keep your guests outside of your home or building to make sure no dirt or debris is walked in if the weather takes a turn. Portable toilets can be provided to make sure your guests have access to everything they need to keep them happy throughout the event.
