Epsom College uses our biggest marquee for their graduation ball, at 20m x 25m and another 9m x 25m joined together side by side. Fitted with interior linings, flooring, lighting and staging, which holds 1400 guests and students every year on its beautiful grounds and is surrounded by historic buildings.

Guilfest is another major event that we provide marquees. Last year Guilfest 2022 was held at Hurtwood Polo Club, in Ewhurst, Surrey. It was an amazing event with Sister Sledge, Dodgy, Bjorn Again and many more performing on stage over the weekend. We have supplied most of the Marquees for Guilfest music festival since it began in the 90s as our managing director is also the organiser of Guilfest. We provided marquees for the stages, backstage areas, dressing rooms with partitions and screens, and also lighting and linings for decoration.

Find the right venue

The time of year and weather

If in the situation that you only cutlery, plates, table linen and glassware, there are also plenty of companies that will provide this service in and around Surrey.

Entertainment

To add something special to your event you may want to consider providing some form of Entertainment for your guests. This may include ideas such as DJ and disco, a live band, magicians, circus acts and many more.

Facilities

Other facilities you may need to consider for your event are items such as toilets and generators.

If there are no toilet facilities available to use on site then it is advisable to hire some in. There are various types of portable toilet that you can hire in. For a small event you may wish to hire in single polyjohn units (tardis), if it is a large event you may want to consider hiring a toilet trailer which can be split into both male and female section.

Much like the toilets, if there is no power available on site you may have to hire in a generator. This can be important especially if you have on site caterers powering electric ovens and other electrical heating equipment. Generators come with various power outputs with the size dependant on your requirements.
