Wedding Marquee Packages

When it comes to planning your wedding, you want to make sure every detail is perfect. There is so much to consider when booking the venue so we have put together a wedding marquee package to show you the most popular choices for wedding marquee bookings.

The Marquee

The most popular marquee for a wedding party is 30' x 40'. It is the perfect size to host your guests without feeling too empty or too overcrowded. The type of marquee we use will have the option of using window walls so you can make the most of the views outside and let in the sunlight for a spectacular effect.

The Decor

The most common interior decor for the interior of a wedding marquee is ivory, cream and white but we also have a number of coloured and interesting interiors for you to choose from so you can choose the interior that suits the style and theme of your wedding. There are optional extras like a dancefloor and a twinkling night ceiling to make the experience extra special.

Marquee Lighting

We have beautiful chandeliers that can be suspended from the ceiling to create a traditional candlelight effect or if you prefer, we also have uplighters available. The uplighters can be coloured with filters to fit the style and colour scheme of your wedding.

The Floor

An important thing to consider is your flooring. At a wedding, guests will usually be dressed up and looking their best. Wearing their finest clothes and smart or high heeled shoes. The last thing you want is an uneven surface that causes a tripping hazard.

Luckily we have matting that will be secured firmly to the ground to create an even carpet. However, if the ground underneath is very unstable, we also have the option of a custom-built, wooden carpeted floor for extra stability.

Heating

As we are based in the UK, you can never be entirely sure what the weather will do on the day of your wedding. We would always suggest heating the marquee to ensure your guests are comfortable and warm. Gas cabinet heaters are the perfect solution for a marquee of this size, they are small and quiet and easily adjustable.

Seating and Layout

For a wedding, we usually suggest round tables for your guests. Our round tables will easily seat 10 guests and they create an easy environment for people to talk more easily than a straight trestle table. We also have white bistro chairs as standard, but there are other options available if you would like something more specific.

Other Amenities

There are several optional extras that you may need to consider for your wedding party. You may envisage a beautiful entrance canopy to create a feeling of luxury and elegance to your marquee. If you are catering for your guests on-site, you will need somewhere to prepare the food so you may need a separate marquee to do this.

Running water, electricity and washroom facilities are all important to consider if you aren't near to any facilities. We can arrange toilets from simple cubicles to deluxe toilet trailers. You may also need a generator to provide electrics for your lighting and music.
